BIO
Josie Carignan is a speaker, pastor, and writer with two great passions in life: Jesus and her family.
She and her husband, Brad, co-pastor Uncommon Church in Euless, TX. With over 25 years in ministry, Josie’s journey has taken her around the world—preaching, leading mission trips, fighting human trafficking, and navigating three international moves, along with many other adventures.
Short Version
Josie Carignan is a speaker, writer, and pastor. She and her husband, Brad, serve as the Lead Pastors of Uncommon Church in Euless, TX.
Born and raised in Sweden, Josie has been in ministry for over 25 years—a journey that has taken her around the world on mission trips, anti-trafficking initiatives, speaking engagements, and three international moves.
Through it all, she has remained passionate about seeing people grow strong in their faith, ministering to women, and creating spaces for people to encounter God’s presence.
She is also a wholehearted supporter of the nation of Israel and often advocates for the Jewish people. Brad and Josie lived in Israel for several years, and continue to travel there often, taking tours, solidarity trips and supporting ministries in the land of Israel.
Brad and Josie have three adult children, and Josie considers raising them to love Jesus her greatest accomplishment. Their family has since grown to include a wonderful daughter-in-law and a sweet grandson, who has completely stolen their hearts. They love spending time together as a family—which also includes their golden-doodle, Oliver.
Josie is a homebody who loves to travel. The way to her heart is sidewalk cafés, interior design, the ocean, and good chocolate.
